From first call to commissioning — one team, one point of contact
1. Site survey & bill study
We visit the site, measure the roof and structure, and study 12 months of MSEDCL bills.
2. Techno-commercial proposal
System size, layout, generation estimate and commercial terms — specific to your site.
3. PO / agreement
Scope, milestones and payment terms agreed in writing before any material moves.
4. MSEDCL net-metering application
We file and follow up the net-metering application and approvals on your behalf.
5. Installation with a shutdown plan
Structure, panels, inverters and cabling installed around your working hours, with a planned tie-in window.
6. Commissioning, handover & AMC
Net meter installed, plant commissioned, documents handed over, monitoring access set up — then AMC keeps it generating.
Paying for it
Two straightforward routes. We help with the paperwork for both.
Own funds
You own the plant from day one and all the generation is yours. Depreciation and tax treatment — ask your CA; we supply the documents.
Bank loan
We prepare the technical proposal, generation estimate and document set that lenders ask for. The sanction is the bank's decision.
Every option is quoted for your site after the survey.

Questions businesses ask
Does net metering apply to a commercial or industrial connection?
In most cases, yes — subject to MSEDCL's rules for your consumer category and connection type (net metering vs net billing, capacity limits). We confirm exactly what applies to your connection in the proposal, before you commit.
Can you install on a metal-sheet roof?
Yes, after checking the purlins and structure during the survey. Asbestos sheets are not built on — they are replaced first.
Will production stop during installation?
Most of the work happens off-shift and does not touch your supply. The final grid tie-in needs a short shutdown, which we schedule with you in advance.
Do you help with the bank loan?
We prepare the technical documents lenders ask for — proposal, generation estimate, quotation. Sanction is the bank's decision.
What do we receive at handover?
Single-line diagram, approvals and net-metering papers, warranty documents, the GST tax invoice, and login access to plant monitoring.
